Elmore has been in the real estate business in Las Vegas since 1980 and has been a Corporate Broker, Broker/Salesman and holds a Property Management License.

After receiving a B.S. in Business Administration, Elmore initially gained his real estate experience working for Developers Diversified Realty in Tampa Florida, in its land acquisition department, wherein he was responsible for the identification, and negotiation of commercial properties for K Mart throughout the southeastern U.S.

Subsequent to this, Elmore worked for Price Development Company (General Growth Company) in Salt Lake City Utah where he gained experience in Regional Mall leasing, and Shopping Center and Office leasing in addition to the land acquisition of Shopping Center and Regional Mall sites throughout the mountain states region.

     Elmore then moved to Las Vegas where he became part owner of an existing real estate brokerage, Real Corporation, where he gained further experience in the leasing and management of Shopping Centers and Office developments. In addition, he became more involved with site selection and location work for various Retail and Food Service users.

  In 1984, Elmore became part of a new company, Westmark, where his experience expanded to include development consulting work, industrial leasing and management, the sale of vacant land acreages, and the sale of residential, commercial, and office investment properties. On occasion, his company was also called on to act as a court appointed receiver for distressed properties. Elmore brings a rich and varied real estate background to Cornerstone Company.
