Successful income property is dependent upon maintaining high occupancy. At the request of the owner, Cornerstone Company will provide an in-depth marketing analysis of the property to establish a successful marketing plan. The plan, once established, will be monitored to determine the effectiveness, and adjustments will be made throughout the contract term to achieve the goals of the owner.
Leasing Program
Our goal is to lease the project in the shortest possible time, to the highest quality tenants, and on the most beneficial terms available to the owner. The following program will be implemented in a manner that will facilitate the highest possible income to the owner and encourage a long-term relationship between the landlord and the tenants. The following is a general outline of our plan, which will be tailored to cover the specific details and needs of each project:
Upon approval, all necessary and appropriate signs will be placed on the project site to ensure exposure of the site and public awareness of the project. All parties shall mutually agree upon the design and structure of all signage. All signage shall comply with Chapter 645 of the Nevada Revised Statues, and shall be fabricated and installed at the owner's expense. All signage will be subject to advance approval by owner of design and associated costs.
Press releases and media advertising will be developed by Cornerstone, with input from the owner, to ensure full exposure of the project throughout the metropolitan area. All advertising costs and materials will be approved by and invoiced to the owner.
